Role Overview

Are you passionate about coding and education? We are seeking two dedicated University of Lethbridge students to lead bi-weekly Saturday sessions, teaching Python and Artificial Intelligence fundamentals to youth aged 10–14.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain teaching experience while contributing to a community-driven initiative that breaks barriers in technology education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Python and AI curriculum to groups of 15 students.
  • Provide 1-on-1 mentorship during hands-on coding labs.
  • Foster an inclusive, safe, and creative learning environment.
  • Manage classroom equipment and student progress tracking.

Schedule & Location

  • Venue: Destination Exploration, University of Lethbridge.
  • Dates: Every 2nd and 4th Saturday, March 14 – June 27, 2026.
  • Commitment: 7 hours per week (bi-weekly Saturday delivery).
