The BIPOC Grant Secure the Bag is designed to support and uplift Black, Indigenous, and POC entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers by providing financial resources to help turn ideas into reality.

BIPOC Foundation is committed to empowering Indigenous and POC communities by providing resources, growth opportunities, and enabling them to thrive and achieve their goals.

The BIPOC Activation Grant (BAG) represents our first-ever iteration of micro-grants specifically designed to support individuals and projects that make a positive impact in our communities.

Community Grant

Supports community members’ initiatives that address systemic challenges and foster unity, development, and inclusivity.

  • Application Closes: August 18th
  • Grant Amount: $1000

Art Grant

Supports BIPOC artists and creative projects that elevate cultural narratives and enhance representation in the arts.

  • Application Closes: August 18th
  • Grant Amount: $1000

Entrepreneurship Grant

Provides financial support and resources to BIPOC entrepreneurs, helping them overcome barriers and grow their businesses.

  • Application Closes: September 30th
  • Grant Amount: $1000

Student Grant

Provides financial assistance, mentorship, and resources to BIPOC students to help them achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

  • Application Closes: September 15th
  • Grant Amount: $1000

How To Apply? 

Application process is the same for all streams

1. Interest Form

Identify interests for the initiative

2. Application Opens

The Application Guide, Form & Eligibility Criteria will be released.

3. Application Closes

Each application will be open for a minimum of 2 months.

4. Selection Process

Handled by the BIPOC team and partners based on an agreed process – Adjudication, Panel, Presentation, etc.

5. Winner Announcements

Grant winners will be announced at specific events throughout the BIPOC Calendar.
